DON'T BE AFRAID TO MAKE MISTAKES
IUE Rector Prof. Dr. Murat Aşkar stated that they attach great importance to every competition based on projects and innovations and that they encourage students to work in these areas. Prof. Dr. Aşkar said, “We are in a period where competition is increasing rapidly, and information is changing. Working hard and self-confidence are among the most important elements of success. However, it is also very important to transform the knowledge gained as a result of the study and the current potential into a project. At this point, we must encourage the young people and guide them. This is exactly what we do at our university. Our students should not be afraid to say something new, to think of a different project, to make mistakes. Because we should not forget that great inventions and practices that shape the age have come to life after many mistakes and trials. The success of our students shows that we are on the right track. I congratulate them individually.”
