2024-2025 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony
The undergraduate and associate degree graduation ceremony of the University for the 2024-2025 Academic Year will be held on July 1-4, 2025 at IUE Amphitheater.
Associate Degree Students who graduated at the end of the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, and those who are in the 2nd grade as of the spring semester,
Undergraduate Degree Students who graduated at the end of the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, and those who are in the 4th grade as of the spring semester,
Double Major Program Students who graduated from double major program in the 2024-2025 academic year can attend the graduation ceremony.
**Graduation ceremony applications will end on Wednesday, June 25th at 17.00. Students/graduates, who do not enter information until the application deadline and do not indicate their participation status, will not be able to be included in the ceremony program.
Graduation Ceremonies for Graduate School and Faculty of Medicine will be held on dates to be determined later.
All students who have informed that they will attend the ceremony by filling out the Application Form are required to attend the ceremony rehearsal.

Please note that the invitees of graduates will be limited to 4 people due to the capacity of the amphitheater.

Important!
The delivery of the graduation gowns to the students will be done on the rehearsal day by ID card, driver's license or passport (new IDs will be valid) and at the end of the ceremony, students will be given their IDs back during the return of their gowns. Students/graduates who cannot present an ID card, driver's license or passport are required to pay 1400 TL in cash as a deposit. The fee will be refunded after the graduation gowns are delivered.
