2025–2026 Academic Year Graduation Ceremonies
Izmir University of Economics’ 2025–2026 Academic Year Undergraduate and Associate Degree Graduation Ceremony will be held between July 6–10, 2026, at the Izmir University of Economics Amphitheater.
The graduation ceremonies will take place over five days. For all faculties and vocational schools, ceremony rehearsals will begin at 10:30 on the respective ceremony day, while the graduation ceremonies will begin at 20:00. Both rehearsals and ceremonies will be held at the Izmir University of Economics Amphitheater.

Eligibility for Participation
The following students are eligible to participate in the Graduation Ceremony:
- Associate Degree Students:
Those who graduated at the end of the Fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, and all second-year students as of the Spring semester - Undergraduate Students:
Those who graduated at the end of the Fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, and all fourth-year students as of the Spring semester - Double Major Students:
Students graduating from a double major program during the 2025–2026 academic year
* Graduation ceremonies for the Graduate School and the Faculty of Medicine will be held on dates to be announced later.
Important Notes
- Graduation ceremony applications will close on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 17:00. Students/graduates who do not complete their application and indicate their participation status by the deadline will not be included in the ceremony program.
Please ensure that your phone number and email address displayed on the application screen are accurate.
Attendance at the rehearsal is mandatory for all students who confirm their participation by completing the application form.
Due to the capacity of the amphitheater, each graduate may invite a maximum of four guests.
The information of all guests must be submitted during the ceremony application process. It is important that the information provided during the application be presented in the same manner at the campus entrance. Otherwise, guests will not be permitted entry to the campus. Access to the campus will be granted upon scanning the new Turkish Republic ID cards (with chip) at the barcode readers located at the campus entrance. International guests who may attend the ceremony will be admitted to the campus upon presentation of a valid passport at the entrance.
Graduation gowns will be distributed on the rehearsal day upon presentation of a valid ID (national ID card, passport, or driver’s license).
IDs will be returned upon gown return after the ceremony.
Students/graduates who cannot present valid identification will be required to pay a deposit fee of 2400 TL, which will be refunded upon return of the gown.
