2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR GRADUATE PROGRAMS GRADUATION CEREMONY
University's 2023-2024 Academic Year Graduate Programs Graduation Ceremony will be held in the ceremony field on September 5, 2024.
Who can attend the Graduation Ceremony?
- Graduates of Graduate Programs at the end of the fall semester of the 2023-2024 academic year,
- Graduates of Non-Thesis / Thesis / Doctorate Programs at the end of the spring semester
- Students from Thesis Programs who were in the thesis stage and entered the thesis defense will be able to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
How to apply?
Application screens via OASIS will open on Monday, August 5 and those who will participate must apply from the "Applications>Graduation Ceremony Application" menu.
DEADLINE for graduation ceremony applications will end on Tuesday, September 3 at 13.00.
Please note that the invitees of graduates will be limited to 4 people due to the capacity of the Ceremony Field.
Important Notice!
The delivery of the graduation gowns to the students will be done on the ceremony day by ID card, driver's license or passport (new IDs will be valid) at Room D002 (next to Starbucks) starting from 17.00, and at the end of the ceremony, students will be given their IDs back during the return of their gowns. Those, who cannot present an ID card, driver's license or passport, are required to pay 1000 TL in cash as a deposit. The fee will be refunded after the graduation gowns are delivered.
Entrance for graduates and guests will be through Gate C due to the renovations in Block A.
